ABSTRACT

Infertility is defined as the inability of a couple to become pregnant after one year of unprotected intercourse without birth control. As the infertility becomes a common health issue, advances in reproductive medicine make the diagnosis and treatment processes of the couples easier. Correct diagnosis, detailed investigation and correct treatment indications are the key elements of medical success. This review aimed to lead the infertile couple to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) in the right way in terms of treatment, while investigating the approaches etiologically to infertile couple.
